Tour properties with your realtor

  • Decide on property to purchase

Review and sign Purchase Offer

  • Includes Property disclosure form
  • Additional forms

After Offer is Accepted

  • Deposit Check is deposited into Warren’s escrow account.
  • Choose an attorney and Home inspector
  • Schedule Structural and Radon Test
  • Complete the Structural and Radon Test
  • Remove all contingencies: structural, radon and financial

Mortgage process

  • Application
  • Appraisal
  • Commitment Letter

Week before closing

  • Switch utilities
  • Secure homeowner’s insurance
  • Change mailing address
  • Take final walkthrough
  • and Close!

Items typically needed at Loan Application

  • Application Fee
  • 30 Days Full Paycheck stubs (YTD)
  • Last 2 years W-2’s
  • If self-employed, need 2 years of personal and business returns
  • Last 2 months bank statements on all accounts, all pages
  • Copy of the most recent monthly or quarterly account statement for retirement
  • Copy of all Bankruptcy discharge papers and list of creditors (if applicable)
  • Copy of Settlement from sale of home (if applicable)
  • Child support information (if applicable)
  • Copy of signed real estate contract (if purchase transaction)
  • Photo ID
