- 30 Days Full Paycheck stubs (YTD)
- Last 2 years W-2’s
- If self-employed, need 2 years of personal and business returns
- Last 2 months bank statements on all accounts, all pages
- Copy of the most recent monthly or quarterly account statement for retirement
- Copy of all Bankruptcy discharge papers and list of creditors (if applicable)
- Copy of Settlement from sale of home (if applicable)
- Child support information (if applicable)
- Copy of signed real estate contract (if purchase transaction)
